PRP Therapy For Pain and Performance
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) isn’t only an aesthetic tool at Ivy en Rose (we use it for that too); it’s part of our medical director’s pain management practice. We offer PRP injections to support pain management, and to help patients for whom pain has been a limiting factor in pursuing their weight loss goals. All injections are performed using ultrasound guidance for precision and safety.
Wellness IV therapy
IV Therapy with Physician Oversight
Support for energy, recovery, and cellular health:
- Vitamin replacement: replenish core nutrients including B-vitamins, Vitamin C, Magnesium
- Glutathione: the body’s master antioxidant, supporting detoxification and skin clarity

Our medical director uses ultrasound guidance to place IVs when access is challenging to optimize first-pass success.

Andrew Vargas, MD
Dr. Vargas is a UCSF-trained anesthesiologist and pain management physician who leads Ivy en Rose to help people hold onto the good health of their youth for as long as possible. His clinical background in chronic pain management shapes how Ivy en Rose approaches both aesthetics and wellness, with precision, safety, and a physician’s judgment behind every treatment.
